|We know you feel bad. If it’s safe for you to talk to them, tell your parents how you feel.
|If it is not safe for you to talk to your parents about how you feel or what is going on at home, find a safe person to speak to.
|It’s not your job to make your parents feel better about the family break up.
|It’s OK to love both your parents.
|It’s not your job to be the parent.
|You don’t have to be strong all the time.
|You’re a good person. It’s OK to be angry some times, try to breathe when it gets too much.
|You deserve to be loved.
